*Duration: 4+ Months with possibility for extension* *Work Authorizations Should be : GC EAD/GC/TN/USC * For now, this is a temporary full-time 4-months assignment with possibility for extension. *Only local candidates will be considered and in-person interviews will be required*. It is important that the selected candidate can commit to the duration of the assignment. Duties would include a blend of business analysis and PM work. One task would be to finish implementing a project to go live with a new cloud-based financial transparency and analytics tool, as well as help another PM with requirements collection for a new image capture solution we will be implementing this year in conjunction with an upgrade to our content management system. The ideal candidate will have a mix of good BA and PM skills, be eager and open to helping out here and there where needed, and have a PMP certification with some type of agile cert preferred. Following are additional requirements. The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to defined timelines and within the allocated budget. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that business and end users are consulted with and their input garnered for the project at hand. § Responsible for assisting agency executive management, division directors, and information technology (IT) staff and leading project tasks, resources, including State personnel and deliverables. § Use appropriate project management tools, reports, templates, mentoring, training, and coaching to IT project teams. § Work directly with agency staff, as well as vendors and, when necessary, other state agencies in fulfilling and carrying out the requirements of assigned IT projects. § Utilize project management best practices, including risk management, quality management, change management, change control and communication. § Manage by providing leadership, collaboration, supervision, training, guidance and support to all IT project team members on assigned projects. § Lead the effort for ensuring agency compliance with the State’s project management policies and standards. -- Kindly Send me the profiles at az...@usgit.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
