Hi, Guys,
I want to confirm this, I put one application to the market, but no
payment settings set now, because I live outside of America now, I want to
use local card, which does't have a routing number, is it allowed?
I post the message here because I can't start a new thread, why? I also
don't know, there seems many issues with google systems, big pity.
