Qualifications (provide description of required skills and experience): · C. Independently executes data analysis and modeling projects from project/sample design, business review meetings with internal and external clients deriving requirements/deliverables, reception and processing of data, performing analysis and modeling to final reports/presentations, communication of results and sales support. This level leads high priority and highly complex analytics projects involving multiple data sources and stake holders. · D. Utilizes advanced statistical techniques to create high-performing predictive models and creative analysis to address business objectives and client needs. · E. Demonstrates to internal and external customers how analysis can be implemented to maximize business strategies including cost benefit analyses. Provides technical sales support, which may include providing strategic consulting, needs assessments and the preparation and presentation of analytical proposals. · F. Creates clear and easy to understand reports and/or PowerPoint decks for client meetings or third party collaborations. Verbally presents analysis ideas, progress and results to broad audience from executive to end users. · G. Takes proactive role in finding and developing new product and revenue ideas. Provides high quality ongoing customer and sales support uncovering opportunities, resolving problems and building solutions. · H. Assures compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements during design and implementation of modeling and analysis projects. Shares knowledge within the analytics group Primary Skill Required: Advanced Analytics, SQL · Second Skill Required: Base SAS, SAS - Enterprise Guide, Visual Analytics & Enterprise Miner. · *SAS Tools/Administration* - Intermediate SAS Tools/Administrator Knowledge, SAS Security management Console, users, groups etc … · Familiarity setting up SAS connections to Teradata, Oracle, MSSQL Server and MySQL. · Experience with Operating System administration (Linux/Window). · Third Skill Required: Knowledge in SAS development is must, to provide support to end users. · SAS Programming - Understanding of data steps and procs and SAS Macro Language. · Experience in scripting languages (R, Python/PERL/PowerShell/BASH etc.) is a plus II. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/DELIVERABLES A. Services Description: End user skill and knowledge development in our SAS technologies. Maintain technology currency. B. Deliverables Description (if applicable): Increase in operational self-service predictive analytics models of 25% by end user adoption. Ensure technology currency stays within 3 months of latest vendor patch. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE VERIFICATION Advanced Analytics, SQL · Base SAS, SAS - Enterprise Guide, Visual Analytics & Enterprise Miner.
