1. Responsible for ensuring the configuration, customizations and
integration of Application.

2. Responsible for engaging project teams to model, design, and test
advanced configurations, customizations and integration

3. Provide guidance to the business and project team with respect to
feasibility, complexity, and high level of effort required to deliver a
custom solution.

4. Specify, design, and demonstrate, document and scope solutions that
deliver business value to the client / prospect.

5. Interface with  to resolve complex technical issues.



Required Skills

1. Strong experience in BPM design and architecture with demonstrated
ability to design and code BPD, Services using process designer

2. Experienced in developing Web Services/WSDL, HTTP bindings to exchange
information as part of the process flow.

3. Strong design skills and experience in design patterns.

4. Experienced in SOA based application architecture/design.

5. Experienced in designing solutions capable of handling large data
objects and are optimized for performance and memory utilization.

6. Experienced in implementing complex XML transformations.

7. Deep technical expertise and experience using XML and related
technologies such as XML API Processing (JAXP), Java Architecture XML
Binding (JAXB), XML Path Language (XPath), and XML Schema.

8. Demonstrated experience in developing and testing systems/applications
using J2EE technologies

9. Demonstrated experience with SOA (REST and/or SOAP)

10. Knowledge is IBM ODM (Operational Decision Management)

11.Strong written and oral communication skills

12.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
