*Job Responsibilities / Requirement*
· Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
· Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and
formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
· May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years
of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server
concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the
work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager.
· Work closely with the Pilot pay project team to implement pilot
ay system and perform data analysis.
· Compile and analyze large datasets of structured and unstructured
data to uncover necessary business insights that can be trended,
interpreted, and ultimately made actionable to correctly implement pilot
pay system.
· Effectively translate and communicate data insights for key
stakeholders.
· Aggregate and compile data from various data sources. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
· SQL and Teradata expertise is a must. Knowledge of HDFS is a
plus.
· Should be able to create dashboards in tableau and excel Modeling
in Excel. Understanding of statistics concepts. Ability to interpret data
and present.
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
· A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Typically reports to a manager.
