Experience integrating SNOW with VRA is ideal. Has an experience implementing such integrations at minimum 2 other organizations. Should be experienced in creating SNOW forms and workflows that eventually talks to other systems through REST for a bidirectional communication to send & receive data and eventually close the workflow. Key skillsets: SNOW development, REST, JSON, Java, Integration, Workflows. *Description: *ServiceNow Developer will play a key role in delivering Company’s next generation IT Service Management platform to greatly enhance the technology services we deliver to our clients and business. We are on a journey to establish a common ITSM platform globally to enable our strategy focusing on Availability, Productivity and Platform for growth. Seeking a ServiceNow developer to join the Technology Business Management team. The role’s primary responsibilities are to design, implement and support ServiceNow forms, workflows and Integrations with other systems such as VRA, Puppet. The person in this role will provide hands-on technical expertise to develop code & integrations that are architecturally sound solutions to enable the growth of our ITSM platform. *Key Roles & Responsibilities: *• Design and deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Hands-on extensive knowledge of leveraging REST/SOAP frameworks for integrations with varied upstream and downstream IT systems • Experience in leveraging ServiceNow platform for Automation/Orchestration by leveraging pre-defined manifests for tools like Puppet/Chef by leveraging ServiceNow core capabilities • Ensure robust integration with other technology strategies such as VRA, Cloud, Identity Management, Event Management, Security Management and Data Analytics • Work with Service Owners and Process Owners to understand business requirements and develop robust solutions based on platform strategy • Work with business stakeholders to identify business process requirements and develop automation solutions • Perform administration, development, documentation and technical support of the ServiceNow platform and integrations. • Support the continuous improvement of ITIL process implemented on ServiceNow, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset & Configuration, Knowledge, Service Desk and other Service Management applications on the platform • Perform configurations and customizations, update set migration, data migration, environment management, and user/group management • Ensure solutions are in compliance with agreed standards • Develop laptop and mobile dashboard and support data analysis • Support testing, deployment, training and communication of the ServiceNow solutions Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree Information Technology related major or equivalent experience • Previous experience integrating SNOW and VRA using REST highly preferred • Minimum 8 years of technology working experience in a large enterprise environments • Minimum 6 year of ServiceNow hands-on administration and implementation experience • Minimum 4 years of experience using JavaScript, HTML, SOAP and REST API • Experienced in ServiceNow scripting and creating complicated workflows • Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications • Service Management or Infrastructure Services background • Practical experience with the ITIL framework • Strong communication skills • Collaborative and team-oriented in building solutions and achieving results • Strong problem solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity • Personal commitment to the success of the organization and focused on results • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist preferred ITIL Foundation certification preferred *Regards,* *Ranjan* Phone: +1 (904) 267-0727 E-mail: soumya.ran...@nlbservices.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
