Very innovative and small team. Two engineers and Jay on-site and three off-shore developers, looking to expand the team. *Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:* · We are looking for a technical and business knowledgeable, highly-motivated, extremely organized driver to partner with the product management team to manage development projects including facilitating sprint planning, daily standups. This person should be resourceful, experienced in Agile, and have lead programs/projects with multiple system integrations with business process impact. · Facilitates and schedule development. · Maintains scrum boards, status, and tracks assignments. · Assists team in creating predictable and reliable capacity assessments, effort estimations, and delivery forecasts. · Escalates decisions to product owners and sponsors as necessary. · Responsible for weekly status reporting for their work streams *Team Roles and Responsibilities* · Coordination of the delivery estimate and high level delivery plan (in partnership with technical PM) · Delivery is done in an iterative model - features built in two-week sprints · Assisting with overall release coordination · Developing and maintaining the team/program backlog · Working with product managers to continually prioritize work queue (backlog) and coordinate sprint planning · Remove roadblocks and issues as they arise · Tracking of stories, backlog, release plans *What would a normal day for this position look like??* · Facilitating stand ups, ensuring clear communication of status, coordinating intake and new requests from business, process meetings with internal partners, project team collaboration, fast paced activities leading up to holiday season. Must juggle multiple projects well. *Skills Overview:* *What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?* 1. 3-6 years of Strong PM experience in Agile environment 2. Technical engineering projects 3. Project management experience with web technical engineering projects 4. Experience with Jira *5. *Strong experience leading Scrums *What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?* 1. Agile – min of 5 years 2. Understanding of technology stack specific to Cloud Services and AWS ideal 3.
