Specifically, s/he will be assisting with the evaluation of record metadata in excel to determine if Gilead records are eligible for deletion. For data eligible for deletion, s/he will work with data owners in multiple business units to obtain written approval to delete content. This process will involve the creation of documents to track data/outreach, and will involve emails/calls/meetings with data owners. *Job Responsibilities: * • Use pre-defined guidelines to analyze metadata in Excel to determine content that is eligible for deletion. • Via email, phone, or in-person meetings, contact data owners to determine if content can be deleted. • In cases where data owner is not known, conduct outreach to business units to assign ownership. • Work with eDiscovery & Litigation & Investigation teams to determine legal hold status of data. • Maintain clear documentation of content eligible for deletion, outreach conducted, and data owner decision.
