Hello! We are developing an application for the ambulance. It should be constantly in communication with the server and up to Android N everything worked well (background service is used). But the new Doze mode disables access to the network, which stops the application. On the device in the application comes an emergency call, it can happen at any second. We need a permanent connection to the server and the ability to provide an audio signal to the user. What to do, what are the options? And yes, I know about the battery consumption ... and the user knows.))
