(BACK FILL POSITION)* *Responsibilities:* As a Sr. .Net Web Developer with this large oil and gas company, you will engage in the following duties: Meet with clients to gather requirements, design, code, test, and implement custom solutions. Provide support for production applications; often working closely with clients. Plan, estimate, and execute development efforts. Work with other developers to establish and implement good developer practices. Assist/consult with other IT groups on web technologies and best practices. Adhere to audit controls, separation of duties and maintain secure coding practices. *Required Skills:* “Full stack” developer who can provide solutions to clients primarily using *ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> MVC (C#, Razor, HTML, JavaScript/JQuery, and SQL Server).* Familiarity with agile methodologies, source control tools* (such as SVN, TFS and GIT) and automated testing. * Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Familiarity with .NET desktop development (WinForms/WPF) is a plus but not required. Ability to work both individually and on a team with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide solutions to clients are required. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
