We have urgent requirement with one of our client's, please review below job description and let me know your interest Title: QlikSnese/QlikView Developer Duration : One year but renwable Location: North Chicago, IL Locals Preferred: Description: . Experience in creating relatively complex QlikView & Qlik Sense based dashboards, writing extensions, widgets etc. and publishing them in server. . Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. . Generally supports mainstream skills or common packages/platforms, such as Share Point, Learning & Development/Management, Niche Data warehousing (QlikView or TM1). . Can develop and automate data transfer via interfaces between Qlik Sense/Qlik View and other applications. . Must be able to write batch scripts and has command over automating the Qlik reports. . Oversees and conducts testing and develops fixes. . Follows SDLC and Project management methodologies (E.g. Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc.) . Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Business Intelligence field. . May lead and direct the work of others. . A wide degree of creativity and latitude required. . Relies on experience and judgment to multi-task, plan and accomplish goals in time pressure situations. . Performs a variety of coding related tasks. . Must be good at documenting project related docs. . Proficient in standard MS office suite of apps including Visio. . Should be self-motivated and strong team player. . Must be able to help business make decisions by providing technical insights, assessing feasibility of requirements, and offering alternative solutions. . Typically reports to a project leader, BSA or a manager. . May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. .
