Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
At least 10 years of experience in SAP Customer Relationship & Billing and
previous releases with minimum 4 end-to-end implementations from project
preparation to go-live.
At least 10 years of solid SAP business process knowledge and business
process blue printing experience working with utilities’ customer service
processes
At least 10 diverse years’ experience in utilities industry with electric,
gas, and water in IOU and municipal markets.
Expert knowledge in at least 2 CR&B sub-modules.
Implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree preferred, but can be offset with appropriate experience.
Ability to travel 75% (Mon-Thur/home Friday and weekends)
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
Should be aware of the S/4HANA roadmap, differences between 1503, 1511,
1605 and 1610 releases and new innovations that are brought in in each of
the S/4HANA releases and direct impact on SAP for Utilities.
Demonstrated implementation of templated SAP solutions to replace customer
information systems.
Demonstrated experience in designing and building templated solutions for
product offerings.
