*Looking for Sr. Solaris Engineer with Linux in Boston, MA* *SOLARIS is required. This is the focus. Not looking for unix engineers* *Visa: GC EAD/GC/USC* *No OPT or H1B* *Job: Sr. Solaris Engineer* *Location: Boston- non local okay* *Contract* Sr Solaris Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership across Enterprise Infrastructure. Role supports key project driven initiatives and operational tasks to maintain integrity of infrastructure environment. *Specific Responsibilities: * • Perform Solaris and Red Hat Linux Server system administration, including installation and customization • Assist Level 1 & 2 Support staff members on complex Server and application type technology problems. • Share in a rotating coverage schedule for off-hours and weekend emergency situations/planned maintenance, which includes remote system access.
