Primary Needs:

*       Program Manager with experience in managing the planning, design,
development and implementation of large (multi-million) dollar programs
(and/or multiple sub-projects) in the spaces of Infrastructure,
Architecture, and Security.

*       May oversee activity of additional project managers, depending on

Specific Responsibilities:

*       Initiate and Plan Program: Works with business and IT management to
establish and gain consensus on goals, objectives, financials and
deliverables.
*       Program Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues
and risks will affect the program, working with business and IT management
and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure
the program is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
*       Executing and Closing Program: Develops and executes a work plan
obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Leads
team in delivering scope. Gather lessons learned and obtain final approval
from sponsor and stakeholders.
*       Program Communication: Communicate program progress by producing
reports to provide timely and accurate program status and decision support
information to program teams, business, and IT management. Makes
recommendations based on current program status to resolve issues and manage
risks.
*       Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure program
needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team
members based upon their abilities. Motivates team in order to deliver
program outcomes.
*       Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable
Corporate and functional policies and procedures.
*       Decisions: Make decisions that impact program level activities.

Description:

Visualization Lead Architect / developer required for working with our
cross-functional teams, architecting, modeling, and designing Qlik /
Spotfire dashboards and reporting solutions across multiple business
functions.

Requirements:
Core expertise to include more than 8+ years of overall IT experience in
more than one of the technologies and processes:
. Work with a cross-functional team of developers and business analysts to
deliver on data analytics initiatives
. Define, develop, and implement QlikView/ QlikSense / Spotfire dashboards
and reports
. Create and review technical designs that align with our business segments
. Work on developing Qlik/Spotfire Dashboards on different data sources like
Oracle, Teradata, Hadoop HIVE and other technology stack, Text files and
Excel documents
. Understand Qlik's in-memory data discovery architecture and ensure
adherence to Qlik's best-practices and standards
. Developed advanced scripting, aggregation functions, advanced charts,
extensions, N-Printing. MashUp, Widgets etc.

. Good understanding of Infrastructure and application performance tuning of

(QVD) files

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The candidate is responsible for all software quality assurance activities
such as evaluation of software lifecycle (SLC) deliverables for compliance
with Operating Procedures, FDA requirements and the CFR including 21 CFR
Part 11. Lead or participate in various reviews, risk analyses and other
software quality assurance activities with primary focus on review and
approval of validation test scripts and incident reports. Have a background
in software engineering, software lifecycle activities, or software
validation and be familiar with the work products that result from SLC key
activities. Knowledge or experience in requirements gathering, analysis
techniques, software verification/validation techniques, configuration
management techniques or documentation standards. The candidate should be
familiar with IEEE, SEI, ISO and have experience in a regulated environment.
Analytical skills are important, as is the ability to manage tasks. Must be
able to manage multiple tasks and resources. Defines and tracks quality
assurance metrics. Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge
