*Senior UI Developer - React/Node* *Bothell, WA* *6+ Months* *Need resumes of 8+ Years * *Max Pay Rate : $50/hr * *Job Description : * As a Front-End Developer and Lead, you will design and build internal and external web client applications, including developing prototypes and final implementations for several projects. Work closely with Technical Leads, Architects, other Software Engineers, and Quality Engineers in a highly collaborative environment. Define architecture, design scalable system and mentor junior engineers. *Roles and Responsibilities: * · Develop front-end applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. · Develop backend services in NodeJS. · Develop backend APIs for a variety of internal and customer facing projects. · Create user interfaces that work flawlessly across all major browsers using client-side technologies. · Ability to define client specific requirements and work effectively with other organizations and peer engineering teams on developing, testing, implementing and supporting these requirements for existing and upcoming products. · Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. · Facilitate good technical designs and solutions based on modern software development patterns and practices. · Write maintainable code, working in a professional software engineering environment (source control, shortened release cycles, continuous integration and deployment, etc.). *Qualifications * · Single Page Application (SPA) experience. · Create user interfaces that work flawlessly across all major browsers using client-side technologies. · Technical expertise with: JavaScript, ReactJS (Material UI), Redux, Angular, NodeJS. · Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/SASS and W3C standards. · Solid understanding of JavaScript. · Solid understanding of RESTful APIs/services, GraphQL and networking. · Experience with building responsive application interfaces. Experience with Git/GitHub or other version control systems. · Develop and extend CI and CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker). · Able to write maintainable and functionally tested modules. · Experience writing test cases using any of the JavaScript UI test/assertion frameworks like mocha, jest, Selenium. · Proficient in database storage mechanics and efficient data retrieval (No-SQL and SQL databases, MongoDB preferred). · Some amount of Springboot Microservices/Java experience will be a plus. · Fundamental understanding of: JWT, AWS deployment/configuration, Kubernetes, Google Cloud. · Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs. · Demonstrated passion for user experience design and improving usability. · Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable for work. · Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development life cycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies. · Welcome change and complexity.
