Must have some Scrum Master certification Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Must have excellent experience with industry leading Agile methodologies and frameworks such as, but not limited to: Agile Scrum Methodology, Kanban, SAFE Must have excellent understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices Must have excellent experience in SDLC and Agile principles and methodologies. Must have excellent experience in leading, guiding coaching Scrum Teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. Must have experience in working with Scrum Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. Must have experience in facilitating and supporting all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
