*Job Title: Performance Test Architect*

*Location: Miami, FL*

*Duration: 6 months+ contract *

*Client Expectation: *

Overall responsibility of Performance Engineering /Testing Tasks for all
portfolios - including strategy, estimation, planning, execution oversight,
metrics reporting and risk management. Bottom-line responsibility for
providing thought leadership and expertise concerning Non Functional
Testing for the team, its members and the deliverables. Responsible for
selecting/maintaining and integrating the appropriate set of tools,
processes and procedures to ensure overall testing efficiency and
effectiveness in the operations.-Manages Test engineers and other test team
members to ensure performance test scripts and test cases are developed
according to the identified test scenarios and test objectives that are in
line with the Service Level Agreements specified in the Non-Functional
requirements document(s). - Identify, recommend, and implement framework,
strategies and toolsets to optimize test execution, expand test coverage,
and reduce risk - Establishes and maintains strong working relationships
with Development, Project Management and Users to foster a team
environment. - Lead a continuous process improvement program within the
team and at the project level reviewing trends, data, etc- Partner with
Technical Project Management in the development of project plans, status
communications, and the management of development software solutions. -
Monitor risks and escalate, as required. - Provide regular status reporting
consistent with established program governance requirements. - Single point
of contact for all deliverables from the Performance Test/Engineering team.



*Job Descriptions: *

·         12+ Years of Performance Test Engineering Experience , As a
senior member ,he/she would be required to handle multiple projects
simultaneously

·         Work with Client to enhance performance testing standards,
technologies and approaches for performance testing.

·         Manage Performance test tools & Micro focus Administration(*MUST*
*)(* Performance center admin)

·         Develop Performance Test, Approach, Strategy, Scope,
Architecture, Environment, Roles and Responsibilities.

·         Hands-on experience with performance testing tools(*MUST*) :
Micro focus Load runner/enterprise, Cloud Test, Jmeter

·         Profiling tools(*MUST*) - .Net profiler, Lighthouse, Fiddler.

·         APM toosl (*MUST):* App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Rigor, Redgate, AWS
cloud watch.

·         Experience in developing Load Test Scripts for performance
testing, Test Scenarios, work Load Modelling, Profiling, Execution,
Analysis, Monitoring & Analysis

·         Must have experience on performance testing Web, oracle EBS, Web
services/REST Services/API's, Siebel applications

·         Data warehouse/Batch - performance testing & AWR analysis,(
Experience executing SQL queries and testing database tables a plus),

·         Experience working with DevOps CICD and Agile environment

·         Must be able to work closely with Application Teams and Test
Architects to build a load strategy & scenario.

·         Participate in review and transitioning the performance
requirements, critical use cases and volumetric data with project
stakeholders.

·         NFR assessment, Establish and define performance baseline for a
system under test

·         Identify, report and manage defects in defect tracking system

·         Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for
fixes


* The Daily job duties:*

·         Compile performance requirements and ensure that all performance
requirements are clearly documented, understood and approved before test
execution begins.

·         Compile performance testing risk assessment in coordination with
business and technical stakeholders.

·         Plan entire performance testing effort including test cycles,
resources and schedule. Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure that
performance testing is integrated into overall project schedule.

·         Coordinate with the application and technical architecture teams
for supporting team roles, responsibilities and resource requirements.

·         Determine all testing environment requirements and tools.

·         Review the defect management process to ensure that defect
tracking (identification, fixing, re-testing and migration of defects) is
properly addressed. If not, define the defect tracking process and
incorporate it into the performance testing process.

·         Plan, prepare and execute all performance tests for all
portfolios projects.

·         Drive defect resolution management in coordination with technical
architects and extended business and technical teams.

·         Conduct performance diagnostic and tuning activities, as
required.

·         Collects and analyzes monitoring data in test and production to
quickly determine root cause of performance issues. Generate periodic
performance reports for management review.

·         Leads discussions with teams of technical architects, developers
and operations tech support specialists to drive performance issue
resolution.

·         Manage timelines and work plan throughout test plan development
and test execution to ensure that testing is on time .
