Scrum Master Required *Candidate Responsibilities:* The scrum master is responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use. *The responsibilities of this role include: * 1- Clearing obstacles 2- Managing capacity vs workload 3- Generate reports and communicate to leadership 4- Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team 5- Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions. *Typical Day:* • Act as the point of contact for Capability team engagement across multiple Azure Demands. • Cross-agile team collaboration and communications. • Responsible for understanding the scope of delivery, assist with story creation. *Education:* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent *Technical Skills:* • 3 years of practical Agile experience, practicing Scrum Master, or a combination of both • Experience working with Azure DevOps • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) *Soft Skills:* • Strong communication skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills • Knowledge and understanding technical requirements • Risk management experience • Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables • Strong collaboration and partnering skills • Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring Have a nice Day.
