Ø This position provides crucial support to GIS Unit. Ø The responsibility of this person is to assist GIS Solution Architect in design and implementation of EGIS for planned enhancements and system expansion due to on-going support of work efforts sucha as Project ATLAS, Spot Online, Asset Inventory Collection to On-prem EGIS, ArcGIS Upgrade. Ø This GIS Architect is to utilize advanced knowledge and skills in computer systems, networks, and GIS technologies to help design, build, and maintain CLIENT Enterprise GIS system. *Required / Desired Skills* *MUST have 8+ experience* Ø Advanced understanding of GIS principals, theories, and practices Required 7 Years Ø Advanced working knowledge of ESRI’s ArcGIS product line, SDK’s, and Esri’s JavaScript API Required 7 Years Ø Advanced knowledge of IT architecture, infrastructure, including computer network and security protocols Highly desired 7 Years Ø Demonstrated ability to design, programming, implement, and debug complex software applications Required 5 Years Ø Advanced experience and working knowledge of Visual Studio .NET 2017, C# and Python in a service-oriented architecture (SOA) Required 5 Years Ø Working experience with Software Configuration Management tools Required 5 Years Ø Understanding of GIS data acquisition and an understanding of spatial data modeling Required 3 Years Ø Understanding of relational databases including SQL Server and Oracle Required 3 Years Ø Knowledge and experience of Cloud computing Nice to have Ø Solid understanding of UML modeling Required 3 Years Have a nice Day.
