Day 1 Onsite JD: • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. • Determining scope of new work • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. • Liaising with team members, management, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to standard. • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible. • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. • Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns. • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. • Driving continuous process improvements and innovations. • Collaborate with FB stakeholders to implement best practices. • Technical escalation point for FB Stakeholders. Skills: • Experience with Juniper Enterprise, Cisco, and Service Provider network hardware platforms and architectures, including data center switching platforms. • Strong working knowledge of routing and switching technologies and protocols. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems, tools, and creative problem solving abilities under pressure. • Looking for those network/data center engineers that like blinky lights.
