*Role : Sr. Informatica Developer* *Location : Springfield - MA* *Rate : $50-52/HR on c2c * *Visa : NO H1 Transfers* *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * 1.Good experience in ETL – DW concepts. Skillset Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. 2. Support Informatica ,Oracle, Teradata upgrade projects. 3.Should be able to handle the client interactions and work with different teams. 4. Manage and develop team capability for resolving complex incidents, prepare status reports for Customers and internal stakeholders with the objective of resolving incidents and addressing adhoc requests to support high complex issues within the limits OF pre-defined corporate guidelines. 5.Communicate effectively with Business users related to resolving queries, obtain clarifications and providing regular updates. Setup Business bridge calls to update status of Critical incidents / Outages- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders (Customer and Vendor liaison) to progress tickets to resolution. 6.Monitor production batch jobs and resolve any errors that may impact SLA by coordinating with required stake holders 7.Track batch related performance issues and suggest improvements.Performance tune queries. 8.Participate in meetings related to new enhancements and projects. 9.Participate in code review meetings with offshore for various projects undertaken. 10.Mentor the team and provide technical guidance to resolve complex production issues and co-ordinate with offshore in developing, implementing new functionalities as per business requirement. 11. Participate in daily huddle meetings with customer to provide regular update on various production issues. 1. Extensive experience in Informatica PowerCenter & a relational DB (Oracle,DB2,Teradata). 2. Good experience in UNIX shell scripting. 3. Good to have knowledge in any reporting tools.Preferrably BO. 4.
