The Key is for the candidates to understand Policy and Call Flow. They will also have to have a couple years of DevOps experience using Kubernetes in a Docker/Containerization environment. PCRF provides *service management and control of the 4G service*. *Tier 2 Support Engineer* *Job Description:* Personnel to provide Policy Tier 2 support for the ongoing installation, triaging, troubleshooting of 5G Policy. The primary job for this role will be supporting AT&T policy team for the on-going lab activities while interfacing with solution delivery, product and operations’ teams.
