*Sr Business Analyst with Digital projects experience * Location: Houston, TX – Mostly remote Duration: 11 Months This position will be mostly remote, but the manager expects the resource to be willing to travel to Houston and Chicago for important team meetings, business meetings and presentations, design and development workshops. - We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a major modernization program of a mission critical application for Client Pilots. - As a Senior Business Analyst at Client’s, you'll need to be able to work directly with our business partners and stakeholders to elicit requirements, provide recommendations for solutions, and document requirements for both the design and development teams. You will work with Crew Technology product team to design and build digital products for Pilots. What We're Looking For: - Have over *5 years of professional experience as a business analyst for digital products.* - You understand common methodologies for *designing and building digital products*. - Have expertise in collaborating with clients to elicit requirements related to their business, user interactions, and development limitations. - Ability to lead meetings with business users to define project scope and timeline. - Have the ability to document requirements for both designers and developers. - Have *experience writing and maintaining business requirements, functional design, and success criteria documents.* - Collaborate with our Enterprise Quality Assurance partners in defining and creating test plan and cases. - *Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at multiple levels of the organization.* - Proactive and able to navigate conflict and help find resolution. - Problem solver with ability to maintain a keen attention to detail and manage multiple initiatives. - Have very strong English skills and can communicate easily and spontaneously in a clear and detailed manner.
