Should have overall 7+ years of experience with 4+ years of experience in Kafka implementation Hands on experience and design knowledge to create producer, consumer, topics, partitions AVRO message implementation and Kafka schema registry Able to analyze existing system (Tibco EMS) and able to design and implement to Kafka Java Spring, Spring Integration, Spring Boot Hibernate implementation knowledge Strong database skills - SQL Server Informatica PowerCenter knowledge would be a plus Good in communication and knowledge in Agile concepts Feedback below on one of the rejected candidates Core Skills : Spring/ Spring boot, REST, Kafka, Rules - camunda, Mongdo DB - noSQL, sybase, Junits, java 8/11, Cloud: Azure Spring Integration : Not worked on It Kafka Related knowledge :Their project generates some events for transaction and there is spring boot configuration sends out message to downstream apps. He has understanding of Kafka. Does not seem to have worked in-depth on it. Schema Registry knows some knowledge does not seem to have practically worked Evaluation Result: Evaluation was done mainly for Kafka.
