Role: The IT Software Quality Assurance Tester Location: Remote
The IT SQA Tester shall be responsible for the following tasks: Provide the full understanding of testing processes and procedures as outlined in the SQA strategic plan; Attend meetings, check-ins, Agile sprints, workgroups, deep dive discussions on the system and deployment; Develop artifacts used in testing / evaluation of information systems and tool sets used to validate full functionality of the system; Perform planning, implementation, and testing of usability of the LAMS system, including the site's effectives, efficiency, satisfaction, user's ability and time it takes to find information and complete services online; Develop and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scripts and cases; Coordinate with DNR and ENKON to ensure the developing, testing, and executing of test cases are performed in accordance with Industry Standard ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119 Software and systems engineering and that users and stakeholders are able to understand, test and validate; Manage test case databases or a defect database. Provide feedback / input on user testing to the project team; Provide documentation on results, observations, feedback, input, and the UAT scripts; Work Requirements Deliverables Description and Definition: The IT SQA consultant team shall provide the following deliverables: Kick-off meeting. The IT SQA consultant team shall plan, schedule and host a kick-off meeting with the DNR project core team, ENKON and the IT SQA consultants to discuss the role of the IT SQA(s), expectations and the approach to quality assurance and the testing plan. Functional and Non-Functional Test Plan. The IT SQA consultant team shall provide a plan that describes the consultants' high-level test strategy and tactical test plan which will ensure that the LAMS system is tested thoroughly and that the system meets all functional and non-functional requirements. (MFA), database and other systems that interface / interact with LAMS. UAT Test Plan. Create a Plan that defines the methods and criteria the SQA consultants will use in writing UAT scripts, lead the testing efforts, stakeholder engagement, assessing the system and providing testing criteria and validation. UAT Test Scripts. The IT SQA consultant team shall create scenarios in plain-talk to test and validate business processes, workflows and general system functionality. deliverables using UAT scripts. Full System Testing. This includes the full system testing of the SaaS application, including but not limited to, ease of use, validation of ENKON deliverables, data migration, integrations, regression, performance, and security. The IT SQA Tester shall perform this testing. Manage the reporting of the status of the test cases, defects, and resolutions.
