Role Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant Primary Technology /Skill Oracle EBS HRMS Location Onsite (Columbus , Indiana) Years of experience 10-12 years Responsibility (JD) - Must have at least 4-5 yrs. of implementation experience in Oracle EBS HRMS - Working experience and in-depth understanding in the following modules of Oracle HRMS : - Oracle Human resources (HR) - Oracle Self-Service Human Resources (SSHR) - Oracle Performance management - Oracle iRecruitment - Learning Management - Working experience in Payroll interfaces ( Ex. ADP GlobalView) – outbound /inbound from/to Oracle EBS HRMS. - Good knowledge on Oracle EBS HRMS Data models. - Good knowledge in Oracle HR business processes and their data flow - Experience in Interface & Data migration testing related to HCM Cloud - Must have good knowledge in Pl/SQL - Experience in 1. Client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live 2. Assisting in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems 3.
