Fintech team is dedicated to building a better end to end payments capabilit y that will support the current flex card program, filter spend, simplify me rchant integrations as the point of sale but also for web and mobile marketp laces. The capabilities of the payment capabilities should then be able to extend various other medical claims processes now and in the future. You w ill work with developers on open source project and technologies that will a llow us to be build platforms at scale as well as benefit from the latest innovations in speed, simplicity and security. *R**esponsibilities* • Contribute to forming a coherent product strategy and drive it forward, g etting buy-in from stakeholders across the business, merchants, and developm ent teams. • Outreach, engagement, and alignment with customer around requirements and product needs • Drive a multi-year roadmap for the platform and capabilities. • Evolve the requirements to extend beyond the platform but in improved cus tomer and developer experiences to be able to interact with the platforms Partner with teams across the Fintech and broad NB tech teams to build platf orm and experiences across various technologies.
