We have an immediate opening for the below position, kindly let me know your interest with your updated resume at *[email protected] <[email protected]>*. *Through TCS.. * *Oracle Application Engineer* Seattle, WA The following activities are considered as part of the OFA support Services: • Provide 24x7 on call support to handle Sev 2 tickets. Provide periodic updates once every 4 hours until resolution. The duration of on call is for one week and repeats at recurring intervals. • Deliver root cause fixes for the issues identified during on-call • Work with Oracle on data sanity issues and deploy data fixes to production after testing in non-prod • Collate requirements from FinOps (internal customer) for small rock enhancements, bugs, performance issues and fix the same in production. • Perform unit and regression testing on any code change. • Perform functional testing for procure to pay processes. • Support SIT and UAT for customer and internal projects. • Fix defects identified during unit testing, SIT and UAT. • Provide pre and post launch support. • Perform application patch analysis and apply in production. • Provide support to customer teams for issues in Production; non-production environment.
