Occasionally my app gets negative reviews from users complaining about interstitial ads that cannot be closed.
I never took those reports very seriously (maybe they did not wait long enough, did not see the overly small X button, etc). However today a user sent me a screenshot where I don't see any means to close the ad either. All there is is a button labelled "Open". Is this a known issue?
