*Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency**)*

*Must-Have*

•        18-20 Years of experience in Implementation in Core SAP Extended
Warehouse Management

•        Lead a team of EWM consultants for implementation of a
transformation program  out

•        Perform Gap Analysis and update business requirements

•        Document and prepare Functions Specification Documents   (FSD) &
Configuration document (Config Doc for Global Template)

•        Perform Unit testing and capture snapshots into the documentation

•        Demo the solution to Global Operations Transformation (GOT –
PDL’s) team and Business value stream leaders (VSL’s)

•        Help and support documenting training materials

•        Provide Go-live warranty support

•        Need to cover various Inbound and Outbound processes for the
business divisions

•        Need to cover various Internal Movement processes.

•        Integration design between EWM and external system

•        Production integration with EWM

•        RF Framework design for CLS

•        System cutover (need to cover data migration strategy/system cut
over strategy)

•        Excellent Defect Management skills



*Good-to-Have*

•        Strong Communication and Program Management skills

•        Worked on at least 2 Complex ERP Transformation program -Must to
have

•        Worked with Manufacturing client and good domain knowledge of
Manufacturing Industry -Nice to have

•        Ability to handle complex scenarios encountered in transformation

   Implementation*
   2. *Understanding of the OTC Processes*
   3. *In-depth understanding of the Master data and the transactional data
   including Sales Orders, Customer, Pricing, Outputs*
   4. *Must be aware of how global templates are designed and how
   subsequent roll outs happen with global templates*
   5. *Executing realization activities in a rollout/implementation project
   e.g. configuration, functional specifications for developments, data
   cleansing, data migration, testing, training, cutover, support for
   authorizations et**c.*
   6. *Good Understanding of the integration with Finance, RTP and PTP.*
