You can use the method setCompoundDrawables(Drawable left, Drawable
top, Drawable right, Drawable bottom)
from the TextView to set the left, right, top, bottom drawables to the
TextView.
For the underlined effect u can use a line as a image and set
setCompoundDrawables(null,null, null, line);
