I'm trying to make a new XML file and have selected New->Android XML File, but each time I get this message:
The selected wizard could not be started. Plug-in com.android.ide.eclipse.adt was unable to load class com.android.ide.eclipse.editors.wizards.NewXmlFileWizard. com.android.ide.eclipse.editors.wizards.NewXmlFileWizard The problem is only with the XML file creator, I can create a new Android Project fine.
