in my code : public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) { super.onCreate(savedInstanceState); TextView tv = (TextView)this.findViewById(R.id.TextView01); tv.setText("Hello, Android\n"); setContentView(tv); } But when I use this statement "TextView tv = new TextView(this) my application running correctly.
