I just upgraded to v1.5 (running in Eclipse on Windows) today and all calls to getFromLocation() return immediately without an exception. However the locations object that is returned contains no entries. Is anyone else seeing this? I see some earlier posts, but surely if they are shipping cupcake this week this must be rectified by now.
Is the message about the maps external library related? See: http://developer.android.com/sdk/RELEASENOTES.html I'm only geocoding, I don't have any mapviews. I do, however, invoke an intent for a google map. I don't see the maps app installed in the 1.5 emulator. Do I have to get something extra for that? Thanks for any help.
