I see the point but.... credits? I've just started developing on android (so, I consider a power user too) but I don't think credits are necessary here.
I haven't seen any other repository but the Android Market itself, is it possible? because this can be solved with an "Android Developer Repository" or something similar, no need for prices, just power users marking stars... quite "profit" for apps on development.
