I think I installed the wrong driver .. the driver in the folder "usb_driver" is only for two HTC devices and a general "adb bridge". I tried to install the "adb bridge"-driver für the galaxy, but that didn't work. I wonder how you installed the driver for the galaxy .. did you just take the files out of the usb_driver folder?
adb is enabled on the galaxy ..
