I think I need to get my eyes tested. The documentation states that the debug.keystore is now stored in
C:\Documents and Settings\\.android\ I was looking in the old (which I think must be pre 1.5) directory. I could have sworn I went through this page and never saw anything about expired certificates. http://developer.android.com/guide/publishing/app-signing.html Changed the certificate over and now it works.
