Here's a tricky one. Or maybe it isn't... I am trying to find a way to tell the difference in degrees between two GeoPoints. I've been playing around with GoogleMaps for a while, and can't see an obvious relationship between points.
For example, if I mark two points on the map which are clearly 45 degrees from each other, I would expect the differences in latitude and longitude to be equal, but they're not, nothing like it. So I don't have an obvious ratio to work with to help me find the degrees between the two. I need an algorithm... Anyone have any ideas how I might achieve this? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
