I've had this issue before, and for me at least, it normally is due to eclipse messing up and building the projects in the wrong order (wrong considering dependencies). Give this a try: Do a project --> Clean, but only clean one project, not sure which usually works for me, I think its the one with a dependency. If that doesn't work, try build-->clean with just the other. :)
