Seriously, stop worrying so much about this. It's a fact of life, get used to it. I don't think you have reached the acceptance stage yet in your seven stages of grieving about your app being pirated...:) Also, as a reverse engineer that has worked professionally in the field, I can tell you that if an app comes up "blacklisted" I usually considered it more of a challenge and focus even more effort and time on it.
