I'll do it when I get home.  I guess I can't get a connection to my home
computer right now.
It is fairly easy.  Only 4 lines
del oldaligned app name
zipalign
adb uninstall appname
adb install appname

Other than the zipalign commandline arguments that is it in a nutshell.
