I was trying to post a response to a message, but I had forgotten my password. I clicked the link to reset my password. I filled in the information on the form and was presented with a captcha. Unfortunately the characters in the captcha were very hard to read and I couldn't enter the correct chaaracters. I was eventually successful, but the process was very frustrating. The captcha system should allow users to select new captcha text if they cannot read the characters. Most captcha systems allow that.
