link work for me, but in general described problem can be easily reproduced by entering to this site: widgets.opera.com pressing "Launch" button under one of widgets, and on the next site pressing "Get the Filles" button... On the PC i can download widgets using given template, but on Android device download does not start. When i press longer "Get the Filles" button and choose "Save link" option widget is downloaded...
