I just link to Google's charting site: http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?cht=qr&chs=135x135&chl=market://search?q=pname:com.streetsofboston.smugdroid.snapfx.paid
This link generates a PNG image of 135x135 pixels. Replace the package name (value after 'pname:') with your own package name. Make it the value of the 'src' attribute of an <img> tag and you're all set.
