Yes they do, it will work as a fallback case for those resources that don't
have alternate versions (hdpi or ldpi).

This also can be verified in the emulator.

devices? Do they look for plain "drawable" or will they look for a
standard "drawable-mdpi" ?
Do I need to put also a "drawable-mdpi-v4" folder?
