I observe that this clause appears to be in conflict with the fact
that the images on the goodies pages (from which I presume the android
image was sourced) seem to be released under the Creative Commons
Attribution 3.0 License,

I see three possibilities:

  * The green android (shouldn't he have a name?) is not a logo of the
OHA.
  * Someone made a mistake in releasing the "goodies" under the CC
Attribution License.
  * That everything on the goodies page is actually exempt (as noted)
from the license assigned to it.

This last possibility might be the most likely (it reminds me of the
books of Magnus Mills). Otherwise, an attribution certainly seems to
be missing.
