What is the correct way to upload applications that contain several
language versions, where the application name itself has also been
localized?

E.g. we have
OI Notepad (en-US)
OI Notizblock (de-DE)
OI Bloc de Notes (ca-ES)
OI Bloc de Notas (es-ES)
...

Our applications contain all language versions in the localized
resource files.
Is it enough to upload each application only once? (if yes, how can we
add localized descriptions to the Market?)
Or do we have to create a separate entry for each apk, clicking the
respective country where it should be available? (we'd rather not,
because this would mean a *lot* of work each time we want to update a
version)
