Their customer service is pretty bad, though. I ordered my phone early last week. They charged my credit card, and I have the confirmation page with the order number. Other than that, nothing. No shipping notification, no back-order notice, nada. I've e-mailed [email protected] inquiring about my order status - stony silence. So I have no idea if I've got an ADP1 on the way or not.
