When a developer goes to his developer console (http:// market.android.com/publish/Home) and edits his/her application, there is now an option for de_DE, German. Germany/Austria can now buy paid applications.
I'm planning to add a German title and description for my app. However, my app has not been localized for de_DE (yet). It is still just Englihs. My question is: Can I still add a German title/description in my development console without first localizing my app for de_DE?
