Thanks for the reply, Licensing is a matter of course here, so the only rational way I see is "to fix the loss" (means stop its development). And the lawyer consultation would be just an additional money spending I think. Anyway, we are an outsourcing development team in fact and this application will be added to the portfolio. So, I can't say that it is a big fail.
